Refund and Returns

New Pianos

  1. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  2. All new pianos come with a manufacturers warranty. If you find any issues with your new piano, please contact us immediately, or within 14 days of delivery. To have the piano repaired, replaced or refunded under warranty, we may ask for photos, videos, or audio of the issue, or alternatively, arrange an inspection.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned piano is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition with all accessories and a copy of the receipt.
  4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the piano.

Used Pianos

  1. Refunds and returns are not available if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We highly recommend inspecting the piano before making a purchase.
  2. All used pianos are sold as-is and no returns or refunds will be accepted, unless there is a major fault with the piano.
  3. If you find there is a major fault with the piano upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days. We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
  4. If you would like to exchange the piano, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees associated with exchanging the piano. The piano must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and documentation included.

Digital Pianos, Keyboards & Accessories

  1. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  2. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to obtain approval for the return, and have a copy of the original receipt ready.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and manuals.
  4. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs and restocking fees. Any shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. If the item is faulty or not as described, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear.
